Buy more credits
How to add credit packs to a Pro workspace, what they cost, and how to reduce them.
Credit packs give your workspace extra credits every month, on top of your plan's credits. Each pack adds 10,000 credits a month. You can have up to 10 packs.
Packs are available on Pro. On the Free plan, the way to get more credits is to upgrade to Pro. Only the workspace owner can buy credits.
What packs cost
Packs bill on the same schedule as your Pro plan:

Add credit packs

Open Subscriptions
In the dashboard, select Subscriptions.

Select Buy credits
On the AI credits card, select Buy credits. The Add more AI credits dialog opens.

Choose an amount
In Additional credits, choose how many credits to add. The dialog shows the price and your Total per month.

Pay
Check Due today and select Pay. Tax is added to the amount shown.
The new credits are available right away. Due today covers the rest of your current billing period; after that, the packs renew with your plan.
Reduce or remove packs

Open the dialog
On Subscriptions, select Buy credits on the AI credits card.

Choose a lower amount
In Additional credits, choose a smaller amount, or None to remove all packs.

Confirm
Select Update plan.
A reduction takes effect at your next renewal. You keep your current credits until then. The AI credits card shows the new amount and when it starts. To cancel a scheduled reduction, open the dialog again and choose your current amount, then select Keep current plan.
Credit packs don't end when Pro ends. If you downgrade to Free, remove your packs separately.
