    Create a site

    How to create a new site from a template or from a blank start.

      Select New site

      On the Sites page, select New site. The Create a new site dialog opens.

      Choose what to start from

      Under Start from, select a card. Blank is always first. The other cards are templates, each with a preview and a short description. See Templates.

      Name the site

      Type a name in Name (up to 60 characters). You can change it later.

      Create it

      Select Create site. The new site appears on the Sites page. Select it to open it in the editor.

    If the templates can't load, the dialog shows Couldn't load templates — starting blank. You can still create a blank site.

    The Free plan's three-site limit

    A Free workspace can have three active sites. Archived sites don't count. When you try to create a fourth, the dialog shows Your workspace has 3 active sites, the Free limit. You can then:

    • archive a site you aren't working on, then create the new one, or
    • select Upgrade to Pro for unlimited active sites.

    Duplicating a site counts as creating one, so the same limit applies.
