Payments and invoices
How to update your payment method, find invoices and receipts, and use promo codes.
Payments for Starjay are handled by Stripe. Invoices and receipts come from Stripe.
Update your card or download invoices
Only the workspace owner can do this, and only once the workspace has a paid plan or credit packs.

Open Subscriptions
In the dashboard, select Subscriptions.

Open payment management
Select Manage payment & invoices at the top right. A Stripe page opens.

Make your changes
Update your payment method, or view and download past invoices.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, enter it on the checkout page when you first upgrade to Pro. The upgrade dialog reminds you: Have a promo code? You can enter it on the checkout page.
While a discount applies, the Next renewal card shows the discount and what you'll pay at renewal.
Prices and tax
All prices are in US dollars and don't include tax.
- On your first purchase, tax is shown on the checkout page before you pay.
- For charges made inside Starjay, such as adding credit packs or switching to yearly billing, the dialog shows + applicable taxes below the amount.
Billing questions
For billing help, email support@starjay.com. Include your account email and the invoice or subscription number. Never send card details. See Get support.
