When Pro ends
What happens to members when a workspace's Pro plan ends, and how they get access back.
Members are part of Pro. When a workspace's Pro plan ends, whether by downgrade or an unpaid payment, member access is paused. Members aren't removed.
What members see
A paused member who opens the workspace sees one screen: "[workspace] is paused", explaining that the Pro plan has ended and member access is paused. They can switch to another workspace they belong to, or sign out.
On the Members page and in the workspace picker, the paused workspace shows Suspended.
What the owner keeps
The owner keeps full access to the workspace on the Free plan. Free limits apply: three active sites, 1,000 credits a month, and GPT-6 Luna only. See Upgrade, switch to yearly, downgrade.
While the workspace isn't on Pro:
- The owner can't send new invitations or resend old ones.
- Pending invitations can't be accepted.
Getting access back
When the owner upgrades to Pro again, paused members reconnect automatically. Nobody needs to be invited again.
