Get support
How to contact Starjay for help, billing questions, problem reports, security reports, data exports, and deletion requests.
During beta, support is a direct route to a person. One address handles everything: support@starjay.com.
You can also open the Support page from the dashboard: select Support at the bottom of the left menu, or go to app.starjay.com/support. You don't need to be signed in to see it.
Choose the right request
Use these subjects so your request reaches the right place quickly.
| Request | Email subject | Include |
|---|---|---|
| Product and account help | Starjay support request |
The page or site involved, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. |
| Billing help | Starjay billing request |
Your account email and the invoice or subscription identifier. Never send full card details. |
| Report abuse | Abuse report |
The published address and the harmful or prohibited behavior. Attach only safe evidence. |
| Security report | Security report |
The vulnerability, the affected address, steps to reproduce it, and its impact. Don't access other users' data. |
| Data export | Data export request |
The workspace and sites to include. |
| Account or workspace deletion | Account deletion request |
Whether you want one site or the whole workspace deleted. |
When a request concerns your account data, send it from the email address on your account.
What to include
- Your Starjay account email.
- The site name, address, or site ID, if the request is about one site.
- The approximate time and your time zone, for an error or incident.
- A short description of how to reproduce the problem, the exact error text, and a screenshot when it helps.
- Whether publishing, billing, a custom domain, or possible data loss is involved.
Request a data export
Email support@starjay.com with the subject Data export request. Say which workspace and sites to include. Starjay verifies that you control the account before preparing the export.
An export doesn't include secrets, internal security material, Starjay's own platform code, or information that would affect another person's rights.
Request account or workspace deletion
There's no button to delete your account. Email support@starjay.com with the subject Account deletion request, and say whether you want one site or the whole workspace deleted. Starjay verifies your identity and confirms the scope and consequences with you before starting a deletion, because it can't be undone.
Some records may be kept as needed for legal, security, or billing purposes. The Privacy Notice explains this.
To delete a single site yourself, use the dashboard. See Rename, duplicate, archive, restore, delete a site.
Reports from your own AI
If you work on your site from Claude Code, Codex, or another connected AI app, that AI can send reports about Starjay problems straight to the team. These reports don't get a reply. If you need an answer, email support.
