Sign in and your account
How to create a Starjay account, sign in and out, and find your profile details.
Create an account or sign in
Starjay uses one sign-in page for new and returning users.

Open the sign-in page
Go to
app.starjay.com. If you aren't signed in, you see Sign in to Starjay. - 02
Select Continue
Select Continue. New to Starjay? You create your account on the next screen.

Finish signing in
Follow the steps on the next screen. When you're done, Starjay opens your dashboard.
If sign-in fails, you see Sign-in failed with a Try again button. A retry usually fixes it. If it keeps failing, contact support.
Sign out
Do either of these:
- In the dashboard's left menu, select Sign out at the bottom.
- Go to Settings > Account and select Sign out.
You see You're signed out. You can close the tab or select Sign in to sign back in.
Your Account tab
Go to Settings > Account. Opening Settings from the left menu takes you here first.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Profile | Your name, email address and picture, taken from your sign-in. |
| Organizations | Every workspace you belong to, with your role in each (owner or member). A workspace whose Pro plan has ended shows Suspended. |
You can't change your name or email address in Starjay.
