Starjay is in beta
What being in beta means for you: what's still changing, what's free for now, and how to report problems.
What beta means
Starjay works, and people run real sites on it. It's also still changing:
- Features change. Screens, labels, and behavior can change from one week to the next. These docs describe the product as it is today.
- Some things aren't built yet. Where you might expect a feature that doesn't exist, the docs say so plainly.
- Things can go wrong. If something breaks or behaves strangely, tell us. Reports during beta directly shape what gets fixed.
Using Starjay during beta is covered by the beta terms.
What's free during beta
Each plan includes a monthly page view allowance, shared across all the sites in your workspace. During beta, page views above your allowance aren't billed or limited. Your sites keep serving visitors.
See Page view allowance.
Report a problem
Email support@starjay.com. Support is handled by a person, and the same address takes product, billing, security, abuse, data export, and deletion requests.
To help us fix the problem quickly, include:
- Your Starjay account email.
- The site name or address.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened.
- The exact error text, and a screenshot if it helps.
- The approximate time and your time zone.
See Get support for more.
